Offered through Townshippers’ Association, this remarkable project is part of the Place aux jeunes en région initiative to counter youth exodus and encourage qualified young professionals to migrate and settle in the regions.  While the Place aux jeunes en région network manages each area by MRC, Make Way for YOUth covers the entire Estrie region and is the only one in Quebec that specifically targets the English-speaking population.

Since 2006, Townshippers’ has been offering support services to help young English-speakers settle in the region via its Make Way for YOUth project. This project provides a unique opportunity for post-secondary students and graduates to receive help and support when choosing where they wish to settle and begin their careers.
