Tiles 3R Inc. is specialized in the design, manufacturing and marketing of architectural siding and roof tiles. Our products are installed in the residential, commercial and institutional sectors.

Qualifications:

• College diploma (DEC) in architecture technology or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years experience in the construction industry
• English 5/5 essential. French 3/5
• Very good knowledge of Word and Excel software
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good sense of organization

Description of Tasks:

• Receiving and processing customer calls (architects, contractors, installers, homeowners)
• Maintain a detailed record of client file information
• Answer questions and advise clients on the technical and architectural elements of the products
• Participate in the preparation of budget prices and bids
• Take charge of the coordination of client files with the internal team
• Participate in the development of product fact sheet and technical documents
