Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager – Agriculture, the chosen candidate will coordinate the deployment of marketing strategies and tactics for the business unit.
He or she will be responsible for mobilizing internal and external resources in order to effectively implement various marketing initiatives across all channels and on an international scale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure the implementation of marketing activities for the business unit jointly with the Marketing and Communications Manager, members of the AG business unit team, as well as the other members of the marketing team in charge of shared services;
Lead marketing/communications projects and coordinate the various steps for completion; from strategy to execution (trade shows, sales tools, promotions, brochures, ad campaigns, product launches, etc.) for the business unit he or she is responsible for, which includes briefing creative partners, providing feedback on the creative elements, presenting everything to colleagues for validation, coordinating all of the tasks associated with reviewing and producing the marketing projects under his or her responsibility, as well as developing plans for key activities;
Follow up on the budget and schedule for the projects being coordinated;
Establish and maintain good relationships and an efficient flow of communication with internal clients and key external partners (suppliers, clients, etc.);
Help increase the organization's marketing expertise through his or her understanding of the distinct aspects of the business unit's market;
Support external stakeholders (distributors, dealers, etc.) with their process for producing marketing materials, in order to promote a coherent image of Camso;
Coordinate and optimize marketing processes by implementing them as part of the business unit's initiatives, in cooperation with the Marketing and Communications Manager;
Coordinate marketing partners in order to offer consistent quality and a unique experience;
Adhere to branding guidelines and act as a "brand guardian" for the range of products in the product line and the sales group in order to help maintain and develop our brand image;
Develop content for publication on multiple platforms (training, articles, Web content, print advertising, social media, etc.).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or communications;
3 to 5 years of experience in developing and coordinating marketing programs, particularly B2B (an asset);
Proven expertise in project management in a collaborative setting;
Good priority management and organizational skills;
Good stress management skills;
Good communication, writing and problem-solving skills;
Ability to work with co-workers remotely;
Creativity, curiosity, autonomy and resourcefulness;
Knowledge of Office Suite;
Spoken and written bilingualism (English-French);
Work experience in an international/global context;
Available for travel abroad (5% of the time).
