Under the leadership of the Director, Service and Aftermarket Sales, you will act as Market Analyst and Price Manager for the AG BU team regarding market trends, potentials, shares and potential strategies to achieve our strategic objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proactively monitor the markets for strategic news, events, market research, and developing internal relationships to develop lead sources to improve our position in the market;
Support the development of strategies that achieve the AG BU strategic and operational targets;
Competitive pricing analysis, modeling and valuation;
Monitor and publish market share information (Camso and Camoplast)
Prepare and participate in strategic plan activities through contribution of data and analysis;
Developing and maintaining global market information with regards to sales pattern, market trends and market shares;
Monitor progress of sales activities and promotions;
Support product support and customer service teams with the review and analysis of data collected from the market:
Translate business problems/opportunities into precise and practical financial models;
Work with various stakeholders (engineering, finance, design, marketing, manufacturing, logistics, IS/IT, sales) to assess the opportunities, quantify the value potential, identify risks and other business implications.

Qualifications

A University degree in Business, Marketing or related B2B / B2C education;
3 To 5 years of experience as a commercial analyst;
Good knowledge of business valuation and financial modeling principles;
Experience in the Agricultural market is an asset;
Ability to synthesize information and complex issues to make informed decisions;
Ability to work independently, sense of initiative, intellectual curiosity;
High motivation and great attention to detail;
Available to travel outside Canada up to 5-10% of the time;
Excellent spoken and written French and English
