Under the supervision of the head of customer service, the responsibilities are related to customer service and consist of:
- Taking charge of the clients assigned to me and ensures excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the dealers and the sales representatives by phone and email
- Participate to clients bidding projects and answer their questions until satisfaction
- Proceed customer orders in the system and ensure a follow up.
- Resolve customer cases.
Requested skills
- Must be fluently bilingual French/English (Our clients are American and only speak English)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- D.E.C. in Administration or equivalent experience.
- 1 to 3 years’ minimum experience in a similar position
- Passion for customer service
- Self-motivated; work effectively and independently, while also being a team player
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and multitask
- Excellent leadership, organization and time-management skills are essential
- Knowledge of the Office suite, CRM (asset) , GP ( asset)
