Under the supervision of the head of customer service, the responsibilities are related to customer service and consist of:

  • Taking charge of the clients assigned to me and ensures excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the dealers and the sales representatives by phone and email
  • Participate to clients bidding projects and answer their questions until satisfaction
  • Proceed customer orders in the system and ensure a follow up.
  • Resolve customer cases.

Requested skills

  • Must be fluently bilingual French/English (Our clients are American and only speak English)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • D.E.C. in Administration or equivalent experience.
  • 1 to 3 years’ minimum experience  in a similar position
  • Passion for customer service
  • Self-motivated; work effectively and independently, while also being a team player
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines and multitask
  • Excellent leadership, organization and time-management skills are essential
  • Knowledge of the Office suite, CRM (asset) , GP ( asset)
