Your professional responsibilities will be to:

• Provide impeccable customer service at all levels of the organization;
• Provide quick, high-quality support (network-technical) to users;
• Install and configure new workstations and mobile devices;
• Seek solutions to solve problems;
• Maintain the computer equipment inventory up-to-date;
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot, upgrade hardware and software;
• Provide support for the ERP system.

Requirements

• College diploma in computer science or equivalent;
• Proficiency in Windows 10, Windows Server 2012 operating systems;
• Knowledge of MSQL and ERP;
• Basic knowledge of web programming;
• Bilingualism (French and English), oral and written;
• Excellent customer service skills and discretion;
• Sense of organization and initiative;
• Intellectual curiosity;
