A well-established and growing company located in Sherbrooke is looking for an Accounting Technician to fill a permanent, full-time position. Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for all accounting and financial activities as well as various tasks related to business agreements and administrative support to existing teams.

Your professional responsibilities will be to:

• Collaborate on audit and financial analysis files and in the preparation of budgets and financial statements;
• Conduct administrative follow-ups (sales incentive programs, product costs and inventory adjustments);
• Participate in the development of internal control systems;
• Contribute to the organization of the various public relations activities of the company.

Requirements

• College diploma in accounting plus 7 to 8 years experience OR Degree in accounting plus 2 to 3 years experience;
• Very good knowledge of Acomba, Word and Excel (advanced level);
• Experience in a manufacturing environment (an asset);
• Intermediate level of English;
• Team spirit, organizational skills and versatility;
• Rigor, discretion and autonomy.
