The Challenge: Customer Service and Technical Support Advisor


Our Technical Support team works in a dynamic and stimulating environment with the latest IT technologies. As the Technical Support Advisor, you will be responsible for the global “Customer Experience” by delivering world-class customer service and successfully resolving a wide variety of technical problems.


Your mandate:

Provide world-class customer service to our business clients by telephone, email or chat
Analyze and solve technical problems related to our Microsoft services, notably Office 365
Use virtual machines to troubleshoot various software used by our clients
Guide our clients through the resolution of their issues and the configuration of their services
Ensure customer satisfaction by following up with their technical problems
Carry out all other tasks related to the department’s operations, according to your specific knowledge and skills
Be willing to work a rotating schedule: days, evenings, nights and weekends


You have a background that is similar to this:

DES or DEP with a very high interest in the latest technologies
AEC or DEC in computer science will be considered an asset
Experience in customer service in a fast-paced environment
Impeccable oral and written English is essential
Knowledge of Microsoft products and services
Basic knowledge of Windows applications will be considered an asset
