Hours/week : 32 to 40 hours

Summary of responsibilities

Ensuring service for the corporate customers by answering their calls and maybe visiting them to ensure the management of their network or to solve problems. Monitoring the systems and various dashboards and take preventive action. Following up on open tickets with customers by informing them of the actions and priorities. Performing daily follow-ups and backups. Participating to system installations projects at the customers’ workplaces.

Profile of qualifications

Education: College diploma (DEC) in IT or related field (experience may compensate)
Experience : 3 years in a network technician position
Required certifications: Microsoft certification is essential – other certifications: asset
Particular knowledge: Knowledge of servers: Hyper –V, SQL, Windows, Exchange, DNS Linux, Dell, etc. — (versions 2010-12 up until now). Knowledge of ITIL and ConnectWise – assets.
Personal characteristics: Customer service skills – sociability and professionalism, being able to efficiently visit customers.
